Goodday,i am addicted to masturbation and i have tried to stop but i find it difficult to stop it.And i read online that one of the disadvantages is that it reduces sperm count i have been masturbating for the past six years and every day of my life like 5-6 times in a day. I will like to know the effect and also know what you can say about d sperm
