Infertility
Dear Doctor, I am married since two years and we are trying for baby . I am 29 yrs old and husband is 33 years old. When went for general checkup, my Uterus and hormones are normal and my husbands Sperm count is very less than 3 Million. And also took a scan and its mentioned as Varicocele. Consulted 3 doctors and all the three are giving different opinions. One among them asked us to go for ICSI and not to waste time and dont need of varicocele surgery and he said in his clinical examintaion he cannot see the high level of varicocele. But in the report it is mentioned as Varicocele Grade3. We are confused now about the next protocol. But none of the doctors asked him to take hormore test. How to handle this and what are the next steps we need to do either another scrotum Scan or hormone test or Direct ICSI.Please Advice.

If vaaricocele is a problem don't worry even with out surgery it can be cured with homoeopathy medicine. Consult with a homeopath at the earliest.

Consult a surgeon to rule out the possibility of varicocele. If sperm count is the only problem you can go for homoeopathy treatment for increase it.since from your side there is no problem. Even you can do your follicular study to analyze ovulation.
