Infection on the scalp.
I have these acne like bumps on my scalp. It is mostly on the back and top of the scalp. The intensity or the number of
breakouts varies from time to time. On some days there are no breakouts at all and on some days the bumps appear in large numbers.

Scalp follicultis should resolve to antibiotics. Sometimes fungal follculitis is the cause and anti-fungals helps. A good way is to get a pus culture and sensitivity done to identify the exact causative organism and treat accordingly. A decolonisation regimen exist and your doctor for the details to prevent recurrences.
