Infection on below toe, swollen, redness
Hi, my father is having diabetes n bp from past 6-7yrs now, his taking metformin 500mg BD, glimeperide 2mg BD, Telma 40mg OD & amlodipin 5mg OD
Has some cut over his toe but it doesn't get cured, now his foot is swollen, red n paining.
He took Amoxicillin 500mg n diclofenac earlier but didn't work, now he's taking medicine shown in the picture

It can be diabetic foot or fasciitis due to uncontrolled diabetes. It's complication of tge DM.
It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated.
