  4. Infection in groin region. May i use?

Infection in groin region
I am having an infection in the area between legs( the groin). Small patches have been developing lately, which produce burning sensations when touched or when it comes in contact with water. It doesn't look like fungal to me. The skin has been sloughing off. Please suggest me(Any ointment may I use?)
