Infection in buttocks
There is an infection in the buttocks area. It's causing itching and pain. It was diagnosed as an intertrigo. If someone can please help with further diagnosis and advise any immediate treatment because the prescribed creams (momate and luliconazole) are not affecting much. I am attaching a picture of the infected area.

Its candidial intertrigo. You need oral as well as topical medication. Don't use momate cream, as its steroid it will give temporary effect and in future will lead to more spreading of fungal infection over skin. Kindly Consult online here or on https://dranmolkudalderma.carrd.co/
