Ear canals need ventilation and if you are using ear plugs/ inserts /ear buds you push the wax further into your ear canal, damage the skin lining of the ear canals and also lock moisture which leads to infections. If you have to, then use noise cancelling head phones instead at a low volume. Appropriate ear drops are the best treatment which should be started after consulting an ENT surgeon
Health Tips
Avoid water into ears and avoid use of Ear inserts/ plugs/ pods/ buds
