Infection in front teeth even extraction of teeth . initially teeth was broken half from 8 years but now I extract this teeth but infection is still there

It could be a long standing dentoalveolar abscess (pus filled sac beneath the teeth ) which was left behind even after the tooth was removed .or may be another abscess developing in the adjacent tooth .confirm it by tsking a xray taken in that region .its more of bone infection .

If infection is still present there may be signs like pain , pus discharge etc. I need more information to find the exact cause. an X ray of that region and clinical examination will help.
