Infected piercing
I got upper earlobe piercing on 4th  March. It was fine and slowly healing. I put neem twig last week. Now small hard pimples like things have . One ear just has the pimple, no pus or anything only pains if touched. The other ear is has some discharge at the back side, is itchy and a bit painful and red in a very small area. Is it infected? If yes, what can I do? I have Betadine ointment at home. Will that work?

Stop self treatment and home remedies, if the underlying skin gets infected, it will form a keloid which will never go. Please consult online for proper treatment

Betadine will work to some extent, but if you want to be extra sure and prevent any further complications, i suggest you visit a surgeon who has more experience in dealing with these types of infected wounds.

For now, yes, you can use it. Sounds like it is infected. You can send photos. Very likely you'll need an antibiotic
