Infected keloids
My mother aged 60 has a keloid in the back of the the shoulder for several years ,she tried operating bt it was of no use. The problem that is happening is that the keloid is getting infected very easily now a days causing pain irritate pus formation and discomfort which is getting treated with oral as well as topical antibiotics as prescribed by some of her doctors. I want to know what is the permanent solution for such keloid?

Her blood sugar must be high, this is the most common reason for recurrent infection in keloid. Use fusiderm ointment till then
