Hello, i delivered bby by csection one month back, i m feeding breast milk.. I ate ice creams, wil it cause cold and cough to bby?
Wil the cold items pass to bby through breast milk?
Should i not eat ice-cream till i feed bby?

Hi,
You can have any food items. No restriction in diet. Cold items will not pass through breast milk

Cold item will nt pass to baby.. But it may make u ill and then baby from u..

You should take care not to catch cold. That can infect baby also
