My 6 month old boy has fever 98degrees. he is active but i dont know why he has temperature please advice.

98 degrees is not exactly fever. He may be feeling warm due to being covered excessively or due to less water intake
Next Steps
If his temperature keeps rising , sponge him down and give fever medicine
