I am focusing on Weight gain and eating a lot these days than my normal diet with Gym routine in morning under Gym trainer guidance. Plus I do take protein suppliment. I'm not getting proper poop (potty) in morning. Do I need Digestive Enzymes or any other medicines? What to do to make my stomach happy ?
Currently I take Himalaya Liv52 1 tab a day.
Diet : Veg with egg. and Lactose Tolerant.
