Indigestion issues
Hi i am male 36. I always face an issue of indigestion... When I wake up in morning i feel pain in my stomach center of stomach and I had always an issues of gas also which creates problems also.i live alone here and I always eat outside becoz i don't have any option...what should I do how to get over come from this issue What should I avoid to eat and what should I include plz suggest how to improve my digestive system ...

You should avoid eating spicy food and schedule your meals don’t give long gaps between your meals , avoid tea or coffee take only twice. Rest u can consult for medicine

Eat healthy food.Drink lots of water.Also add fruits and green leafy vegetables to your diet.you can have cucumber everyday.Avoid spicy foods,fried foods.

Indigestion is very common pb and main reason …food habits… Avoid oily spicy food , tea ,coffee and add more salad in your diet, finish your dinner atleast 3 hours before bed time , drink lots of water, sleep well and relax yourself… and follow this for couple of months…
