Indigestion. Kindly give your opinion.

Hello, I had appendicitis operation last year and went through Perforation process. Post that I have faced weight loss, indigestion problem. I have lost my appetite. I sometimes vomit if I eat a little more than the required capacity. Even after drinking water, I feel pukish. I have ovarian cysts too followed by multiple non cancerous tumors in breast. That was diagnosed 3-4 years back and post that I didn't follow up on any thing. Last year I suffered from urinary infection too. At moment, I am not on any medication. However experience stomach pain at times followed by back pain. I have breakout on face and hair loss is immense. Kindly advise if there is something I need to be diagonised with or should go for proper doctor consultation. I am also going through anxiety and depression. Things are not good.
