Indian pipistrelle touched my hand
Tonight while there was a Indian pipistrelle(chamchika) that touched my hand while flying, i did not find any scratch in my hand though I am confused about it, wash my hand with soap and dettol no feel of burning sensation, i need to take the vaccine or ppe for that? Kindly guide me, there is a lot of thinking in my head with tention.

In your case, the bat only touched your hand while flying. Since you have no visible bite, scratch, or wound, the risk of rabies transmission is practically zero.
You have already washed your hand well with soap and Dettol, which is the correct step.
👉 Therefore, you do not need rabies vaccine or injections if the skin is completely intact.

If just by flying it touched ur hand and u washed it then you don't need to do anything but if it scratches u then u need rabies full vaccination bcoz bats are notorus for spreading rabies
