Sir why my heart beat always above 100 but in morning its 95 is this normal or should it will create any problems in future what should I do to keep my heart healthy

Please get an ecg done and show for greater clarity .. Many people have elevated heart rate.. If it's causing any symptoms only then needs to be treated like. Many causes can be there including anxiety. Regular physical exercise helps condition the heart. But prior to that a check up including ecg wil help to decide why exactly is it on higher side

Heart rate more than 100 always is not normal. We need to rule out other causes like hypertension, fat deposit in blood vessels, etc. Better if you can contact a local cardiologist who can assess you and treat.

Do your thyroid function tests anh hemogram. Can be due to anxiety as well. Need to know the cause of this first to suggest a treatment
