My mom had a problem of diabetes from the 4 months but she is treating till now but today she said she is very tire.She think that she even can't move anyway I want to know from you sir that what should we do if we such emergency problem before reaching hospital

The commonest emergency is hypoglycemia (low blood sugar).
Best is to confirm it by doing sugar levels on meter. If low or if sugar levels can't be checked best to feed the patient with glucose.
