I have just diagnosed with little higher TSH levels than normal after thyroid test. Can the level be controlled with only diet and exercise, without starting thyroid medication. Or medication is must??

Whether or not you need medications depends on the levels and your symptoms. If levels are only little higher and you are feeling ok, no medications will be necessary. Diet and exercise does not help with changing thyroid /TSH levels
