Increased BPM
My BPM is lying between 90-120. Is it okay or should I be concerned about it and need to visit a medical practitioner. Also, I feel urges for deep breath from time to time. Note: I take healthy diet and I am non oily, non spicy food person. I drink 4-5 litres of water everyday. I do yoga for 1-1.5 hours daily.

Your pulse rate between 90-120 . If your heart rate ( BPM) is more than 100 at rest, you need to check your Hb, thyroid function test and ECG. Mostly the high heart rate is not of a problem for you without any symptoms.
Next Steps
If your tests were normal, just take some anxiolytics
