Palpitations upto 120 bpm at rest
Whenever I take neurobion or room is too hot im feeling such palpitations like at rest also 100 above bpm .. night when I had such palpitations I have took clonezepam 0.5plus propanolol 20 mg combination .. previously i have no medical history except for vitamin deficiency i started taking neurobion nd for stress few times provanol forte 0.5

You have low risk of heart disease at this age which should be ruled out by clinical assessment. Other causes of tachycardia like anxiety, stress, fever can be looked for
