Increase in the power of lens
I am using specs for 2 years and when I did my checkup last day the lens power of my right eye increased from +2.5 to +3.25 whereas the left eye remain same . is this something to be worried of ?

take high protein diet with fresh leafy vegetable and fresh fruits. and use specs  regularly
