Increase in sugar level
My father's sugar level is been constantly increasing for the past 2 days.Yesterday,when the sugar level when measured is 407.Today it's 410.(sugar level taken 2 hrs after food).
What measures should we take to keep his sugar level to reach a good condition ?

Hello..
Well first make sure that he doesn't misses his tablets and takes them on time...secondly. he should maintain strict diabetic diet...have more of ragi or oats instead of rice...include more of fibre and roughage. . Divide the meal portions into 5 and have small meals...but 410 is very high. It's better to consult a physician and take an opinion...thank you
