My eye power is increasing 0.25 on average each year, and I am now 30 years old. Does this happen in this digital age or is it something to be worried, moreover I was asked to do a test and it was normal

Usually the numbers increase upto 18 to 20 yrs of age but if it's increasing at this age also you must get proper check up done, must not depend on the presumption that it might be due to screen time.
Bcoz
If it is due to screen time even ,then you must take proper steps.
Eg .if it's not for professional purposes then you must reduce it but if its for professional purposes then some medicines and precautions can be followed after consultation.
