My nephew is 8 days old and his report shows 25 bilirubin . Plz suggest what to do and how risky is that

This level is risky. He should be admitted to nicy and given phototherapy. If treatment is started soon, no problem should occur. There are many factors to be taken into account like blood group of mother and baby, is the child sick etc. Just admit him soon
