My bp is around 130/100 in various readings throughout the day.
I had a stressful event this week, can it be due to that?
2months ago I checked my bp which is 130/87 and ECG also Normal.
Pls help me out in this regard.

Please monitor your home BP for a week atleast. Take atleast 5 mins of rest before you check the BP.
