Incomplete Sperm ejaculation
Only 25% sperm comes out of my penis after ejaculation, 75% remains within. Next day I have burning urination, left testicle pain,left leg pain,left lower back pain. Urine passes out completely and continuously. USG identified 3mm calculi in right kidney.Please advise what this symptom is and medications

Is is not due the sperm... you need to get evaluated with a good urologist at your place
