No, it will not pass on its own. It has to be removed by dilatation and curettage, a minor procedure. Consult a gynecologist immediately.

Hello, it won't come on its own. You may need minor procedure called D & C. Don't take abortion kit. If it remains causes infections. So Immediately consult a gynecologist. Take care.
