Inability to focus on studies
I'm a MBBS graduate I just wrote neet pg exam and I didn't make it . And now I'm trying to prepare again but my mind goes blank as soon as I try to read . I can't focus and I get panic attacks . I feel like all this emotions that I'm going through are waste and I just want to be able to focus on studies and move on. Should I self medicate ? Because I don't want to visit a psychiatrist , I feel like they will judge me.

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. For Anxiety and panic attack recovery , you would still need a guidance of psychiatrist to recommend a right therapy. You can choose online option consultation if you hesitate to meet f2f..

Yes it is difficult to focus, after a bad experience... Yet, until you reach the goal, you cannot stop your journey.. It is not a destination,... It us a journey... Visit a psychologist in your city personally or consult online.
