Talk to experienced psychiatrist online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
Therapy will definitely help you. Don't suffer, see a Psychologist soon for evaluation. He/she may suggest you if medicine is required. If yes, visit a psychiatrist also.
Hello sorry for the delayed response. I think your symptoms are suggestive of depression. Loss of interest, preferring to be a line, difficulty in concentrating and unable to take decisions ,sleeping excessively are all suggestive of depression.you will need a detailed assessment. So consult a psychiatrist.you may need both psychotherapy and medications.
Next Steps
you will have to think whether there are any stressors which are causing this.
(depression can occur without any stressors too)
engage yourself in physical exercise
plan your daily activities and try following it
start meditation for half an hour daily
discuss your problems with your family or friends
