You might be suffering from eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold or you might be suffering from impacted wax inside your ear canal. Treatment depends on diagnosis

Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required. If you are sure that there is no wax then do valsalva maneuver for quick recovery from eustachian tube dysfunction
