1.Do not walk over the injured foot.
2. keep elevated over pillow.
3. Ankle toe movements to be done.
4. Get x-rays done immediately.
5. Review with local doctor for clinical examination.
6. review with x-rays.
7. Apply ice packs locally thrice daily for 5 days

If there is a fracture in the limb, it may require surgery.. Better get x ray of the involved limb to get it confirmed..

If the primary work up has been done, you can take rest, keep the limb elevated, apply ice over the injured part, take analgesic with anti inflammatory medicine
