The symptoms that you are describing are generally referred to as constitutional symptoms of tuberculosis, if you have that.( High fever is unlikely) But please understand that the diagnosis is not made yet. Its just a radiological possibility, based on the CT scan. So, its necessary to confirm the diagnosis of TB before starting any treatment for the same. Also other possible conditions have to be ruled out. And that is why you have been called for a colonoscopy. Anyhow if you are not feeling well, please go back to the hospital and consult again. Maybe first time that you consulted would not have required any admission, and this time it does. Tell all your complaints to the doctors there and i am sure they would advise you that is required.
