Improving gut flora
It seems we need probiotic and certain enzymes in our gut to make it function properly. In allopathy, they have supplements for this. How does Ayurveda promote this. I am aware of curd and butter milk snd also about fermented foods like idli dosa. I have problem with curd and butter milk. They give me severe headache and urad dal also puts too much load in my digestion. Would like to know natural methods by which I can improve my gut flora.

No need..Just eat what u can digest.Avoid what u can't. Relish what u eat.Dietary habits r transient.If u r not a foodie,just eat what ur system enjoys..In order to improve ur digestion, do regular Yoga,and aerobics. Be a relaxed and positive person.Stay away from medications.
