I mostly feel anxious and nervous. When anxiety hits my chest feels very heavy,i suddenly feel like poop . Normally Frequent urination is happening. After eating if some anxious things triggers i feel like sudden poop. I am pooping 3 to 4 times a day. Currently I am taking worm medicines. For EH+ report in my stool test. But my anxiety and gut problem are continuously with me.i can not sleep properly at night , my heartbeat remains fast for a long time . I feel my chest very heavy. I can't breath and sleep properly. I feel nervous and anxious in small things. Daily Frequent urination, urge to poop suddenly in excitement nervous and anxiety, weight loss , hair fall , extreme lack of sleep , worm in stomach, sudden anxiety triggering, can't breath often properly due to anxiety, stomach pain , loss of hunger , not feeling like eating, feeling weak just after some little works and study, loss of concentration. These are happening more from 2021.
