LEAKY GUT SYNDROME
I live in Delhi and want to know what tests and where can i conduct them to determine whether I have food alergies and a leaky gut. I donot want to take antibiotics for the same. I suffer from servere indigestion, puffiness, anxiety, insomnia and bloating

First consult any Registered Ayrvedic doctor. You can take allergic test at Metro labs. Home Remedy for same: 1)Take 1 TSP pipramool ( ganthoda ) powder with warm water after food. 2) Drink thin buttermilk with pipramool (ganthoda) powder + mint powder/ Black salt .
