U can take Triphala Churna 1 tsf at night with Lukewarm water, Sat isabgol 2 tsf at night with Lukewarm milk, Abhayarista 4 tsf bid with water after meals, Decoction of Giloy (Tinorospora cordifolia) Mulahathi ( Glycerrhiza glabera) at morning, drink lukewarm water whole day
