I've suffering from improper sleep for almost 5 years .Whenever i sleep i get too many dreams which feels sucks out energy out of me and i used to wake up in between becoz lack of oxygen but again slept back due to tired feelings.I have been taking anxoety disorder meditation also but found little help in this case.
