failure can happen if there is thin endometrium or if it doesn't accept the embryo transferred any changes in defense mechanism in our body like immunological factors or genetic abnormalities of the male or female, sperm defects, zona hardening etc. your doctor can guess, what exactly happened, we can try new treatments like Platelet rich plasma for endometrium and PGD to rule out abnormalites in the embryo etc,

It cannot be said Implantation Failure right now. Please remember, if you have ovulation and have regular physical relationship, the chance of pregnancy in one month is only 15%. That means out of 100 women, only 15 can conceive after 1 month. Therefore, if you cannot conceive after 1 month, you should continue the same treatment for next 3-6 cycles, depending on your age and other fertility factors. Do not lose hope.
