Implantation bleeding or periods?

Question

Asked for Female, 20 Years

Last period started on 25th March. Ended on 30th. Had sex, but condom broke , on 15th April. Took i pill 2 hrs after that. Had bleeding today, 22nd April. It's lighter than normal period day one. Also had cramps. It is not just spots of blood, it covered the pad like normal period. But lighter. Not sure if this is implantation blood or light periods.
