Implantation bleeding or period

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I had bleeding for 5 days First 2 days I filled 2 pads. There were some blood clots too. The next 2 days there was very light bleeding. Filled 1/4 pads each day The last day spotted a bit. Can this be implantation bleeding?
