My period is due tomorrow yesterday I have heavy cramps and today morning when I went to washroom I have seen 2-3 drops of blood with white discharge I thought I got my period but from that I had no bleeding is it because of low blood or implantation bleeding quite confused

Implantation   bleeding   usually   occurs I  middle  of   cycle  around   20  to  25th   day
