Implantation bleeding n periods

Asked for Female, 22 Years

How to differentiate between implantation bleeding n periods as I am bleeding for 2 days now on my due date but it started off very slowly n its scanty. But the color is normal like periods and abdomen pain n leg cramps but no clots. I n my bf was intimate the day after my period ended. No penetration but I was wet and he didn't ejaculate at all. Not sure if there was any precum. Could this be bcs of stress as I hv been stressed this month. Or it can be pregnancy.
