Implantation bleeding will occur at the time of implantation.  Implantation occurs about 5-6 days after ovulation. But it is not a universal phenomenon. I have been in the profession for more than 40 years. In the early days it was a known entity but no patients used to come with this problem. Ever since the advent of the Internet almost half of the patients think that they had implantation bleeding. So it is the "awareness"  which has lead to increased incidence of "implementation bleeding".

Hello, Dr Wadhwa rightly mentioned about  this. Its rarely  noticed.Notice the bleeding  today  and  tomorrow. If it is increasing  it's mostly  period. Otherwise  do a pregnancy  test  after  2 days.

Implantation bleeding is very uncommon and it will be few spots or just brownish discharge. If you don't get your proper periods by 26 th April,do pregnancy test
