My 69 year old mother is a 3rd stage lung cancer patient who is on her 17th cycle of immunotherapy.. Immunotherapy is supposed to boost up Immunity and is not like chemotherapy..
The immunotherapy damaged her lungs leaving patches.. now her oxygen dip to 70 and she is admitted in ICU.. Doctors suspect pneumonia?? Is it possible to have pneumonia when you are in Immunotherapy already??
