Immense sweating related to emotions
Actually...I have a problem of immense sweating in my body whenever I am tensed or excited or nervous etc. Especially on my palm and underarms ....however whenever I'm alone at my home without any stress this problem doesn't exist. Sometimes it also leads to headache and other problems like weakness legs and back pain etc.

When you're worried about excessive sweating, this can manifest into anxiety. You might have some of the symptoms of social anxiety too. Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) is more likely to develop as a secondary symptom of hyperhidrosis. GAD isn't usually a cause of hyperhidrosis.
