Immense body heat, hives, repeated fever
I've been suffering from several Pitta problems (elevated IgE level) like heat induced urticaria, excessive body heat, repeated fever of unknown origin (Blood culture report normal), immense thirst, suppressed anger, nocturnal emission etc. Moreover, I also have cold intolerance and therefore feel severe cold in comparison to others during winter seson. I easily get cough, asthma & muscle pain. Till now, I've taken allopathic, Ayurvedic and Homeopathic treatments, but they have provided only temporary relief. Can Ayurveda provide me permanent solution by uprooting all of these problems? I'm looking for online consultation of an Ayurvedic doctor.

Your symptoms are complex and likely multifactorial. They include: Heat-induced urticaria (hives). Elevated IgE. Excessive body heat and thirst. Recurrent fever with a normal blood culture. Cold intolerance. Recurrent cough/asthma. Muscle pain. Nocturnal emissions. These symptoms cannot all be explained by a single "Pitta imbalance", and they should not be assumed to have one common cause without a thorough evaluation. From an Ayurvedic perspective, this may represent a combination of Pitta and Vata imbalance, with possible involvement of Rakta and Ojas, but treatment should always be based on a detailed assessment of your Prakriti, Vikriti, Agni, bowel habits, sleep, diet, and associated medical conditions. Simply prescribing cooling herbs without understanding the root cause is unlikely to provide lasting benefit. Can Ayurveda provide a permanent cure? Ayurveda can be very helpful in improving symptom control, reducing recurrences, and enhancing quality of life through individualized treatment, Panchakarma (when appropriate), diet, and lifestyle modifications. However, it is not possible to guarantee a permanent cure, especially for conditions such as chronic urticaria, asthma, or disorders with an allergic or immune basis. The outcome depends on the underlying diagnosis and how your body responds to treatment.
Next Steps
Because you have: Recurrent fever. Elevated IgE. Asthma. Chronic urticaria. Cold intolerance despite feeling excessive body heat. you should also be evaluated well to rule out autoimmune, allergic, endocrine, or inflammatory disorders before attributing everything to Pitta. Once serious underlying conditions have been excluded or appropriately managed, an individualized Ayurvedic treatment plan can be integrated. If you are interested in an online Ayurvedic consultation, you may consult us at 9 3 1 5 6 6 1 5 6 5. During the consultation, we will review: Your previous investigations. Current medications. Diet and lifestyle. Complete Ayurvedic assessment. Whether Panchakarma is appropriate in your case.
Health Tips
Until your evaluation is complete: Stay well hydrated. Avoid known triggers for urticaria and asthma. Maintain a regular sleep schedule. Avoid excessive spicy, fried, and processed foods if they consistently worsen your symptoms. Practice stress-management techniques, as chronic stress can aggravate both allergic and inflammatory conditions. A structured, stepwise evaluation combined with individualized Ayurvedic care often gives the best results. Rather than aiming for a promise of a permanent cure, the goal should be to identify the underlying cause, reduce the frequency and severity of symptoms, and improve your overall quality of life. Thank you
