IME-9 for Type-2 Diabetes
My mother's blood sugar glucose levels are 293(after fasting) & 183(before fasting). Is IME-9 recommended for her? Can she take it along with allopathic tablets. What can be the prescribed dosage for her?

IME 9 alone will not help her to achieve target levels Fasting 110 to 120 Post meals 2hrs 140 to 160 I'll advice to start with allopathic meds as they alone will do the job whereas combining IME 9 will first increase your pill load and secondly can cause hypoglycemia in combination Have a strict diabetic diet ----> u can get it on Google or can consult a dietician Daily 30 to 45 min brisk walking Start Tab. Glimiperide 1mg with metformin 500mg combo pill  ( gluconorm G1 ) once daily 30 min before meals and Repeat Bsl f and pp After 7 days Let me know the reports Also do ( diabetic workup) Lipid profile Hba1c Kft Urine RM Usg abdomen and pelvis
