From past few months im not able to hear properly as im working in a customer care field my ears are more important to me.. please do suggest me what kind of treatment should i take...

Hello, As you are young, hearing loss due to Nerve weakness is rare, you need get your ear examination done by any ENT specialist nearby to check for any impacted wax. Once wax is cleaned you will be able to hear properly. If there's no wax in the ear canal, doctor will guide you for few hearing tests which will reveal the type of hearing loss and doctor can provide you treatment options.
