Im having severe stomach pain in my naval and having loose motion...please need a doctor to help me..

This is acute gastroenteritis either due to infection or food poisoning.  Take lot of water and butter milk.  Avoid juices and spicy food . Maintain good hydration.  Antispasmodic may help you.
